Delivery Information

At Cadenza Vibes, every product is made for you — crafted with care in the moment you place the order. Your order goes through two separate stages before it arrives at your door: production and shipping.

 

Production

Once you place your order, we begin producing your item. This typically takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the product type and current demand.

 

Shipping

After your order has been produced, it takes some days to reach your destination. Average shipping times are 5 to 10 days.

 

Total Estimated Delivery Time

From the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives, please allow 7 to 15 business days. These estimates may vary during peak seasons (such as holidays), or in case of shipping delays, like missed delivery attempts or bad weather.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over €39. Please note that some items — such as large posters and framed prints — have higher shipping costs and are excluded from free shipping. These items will be charged at their standard shipping rate.

Additionally, when your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on where they are produced. In this case, the shipping cost is calculated on the combined shipment, and free shipping applies accordingly.

If your order meets the requirements you'll see the free shipping discount applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.
